Welcome to our site for a wonderful Tahoe vacation getaway. Located just 1.5 miles from Tahoe City and 1 mile to our private gated beach (Tahoe Park Beach Assoc.). We are just 6 miles from Alpine Meadows and 9 miles from Squaw Valley ski areas. We have remodeled the entire kitchen, painted, built new decks, and added tung & groove pine to many rooms.

Our home is a beautifully decorated four bedroom, 2 bath modified A frame on a large sunny level lot with lots of grass for the kids to play. Just 200 yards from wilderness trails that back up to Page Meadows & Alpine Meadows.

Sleeps 8 - King, Queen, 2 Doubles, 2 singles (8 person max. occupancy), New Sundance 4 person outdoor hot tub, W/D, 3 TV’s/Cable /VCR/DVD stereo with MP3 hook-up, dial-up internet, microwave, espresso & coffee maker, dishwasher, table for 8, many antiques throughout, BBQ, games, child friendly, lots of parking w/ snow removal, firewood,  private beach.

Nightly Rate: $225/night, plus $125 for cleaning (no taxes). Weekly rentals for July–September (some exceptions-please call) and holidays. We will consider shorter stays if house is open 2 week prior to rental. Holidays will have increased rates. Off-Season will have reduced rates.
